LAS VEGAS, Dec. 18 -- The office of Sen. Harry Reid, D-Nev., issued the following news release:
Nevada Senator Harry Reid announced today Nevada will receive new electricity allocations from Hoover Dam as a result of the Hoover Power Allocation Act. Senator Reid first introduced this legislation in 2009 and reintroduced it in 2011, the year it was passed and signed into law.
