WASHINGTON, Dec. 18 -- Rep. Ander Crenshaw, R-Fla. (4th CD), issued the following news release:
Congressman Ander Crenshaw, a member of the State and Foreign Operations Appropriations Subcommittee, issued the following statement regarding President Obama's announcement that the United States will begin working to normalize relations with Cuba:
"Freedom for 11 million Cubans who continue to live under tyranny must come first, not after a swap for three Cuban spi . . .
