ROCKVILLE, Md., Nov. 25 -- Montgomery County issued the following council news release:
The Montgomery County Council at approximately 10:45 a.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 25, will introduce a bill to change the date of the next step in the County's minimum wage law and another bill that would ban electric cigarettes from public places where traditional cigarettes are now banned.
The bills will be introduced during the morning session of the Council's weekly general session, . . .
