BATON ROUGE, La., Nov. 25 -- The Louisiana Attorney General issued the following news:
Louisiana Attorney General Buddy Caldwell has joined 16 other state attorneys general in filing strongly worded comments in pending federal rulemaking proceedings opposing the Environmental Protection Agency's (EPA) plans to regulate fossil fuel-fired power plants in a manner never authorized by the U.S. Congress under Section 111(d) of the Clean Air Act.
