WASHINGTON, Nov. 25 -- The U.S. Department of State issued the following news release:
On November 13, 2014, Betty Castor was elected as Chair and Laura Skandera Trombley was elected as Vice Chair of the J. William Fulbright Foreign Scholarship Board. They will begin their one-year terms of office on January 1, 2015. Castor succeeds Tom Healy, who served three terms as Chair, and Skandera Trombley succeeds Betty Castor as Vice Chair.
