WASHINGTON, Oct. 29 -- House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi, D-Calif., issued the following news release:
Drew Hammill, spokesman for Democratic Leader Nancy Pelosi, released this statement after a second law firm dumped Speaker Boehner's proposed lawsuit against President Obama:
"Speaker Boehner cannot find a single lawyer in the entire country - even at $500 dollars an hour in taxpayer money - to file a lawsuit that is totally devoid of any legal merit.
