LITTLE ROCK, Ark., Oct. 23 -- The Arkansas Republican Party issued the following news release:
Former Arkansas House Majority Leader Bruce Westerman continues to maintain a strong lead in his race to represent Arkansas's Fourth Congressional District. In a poll commissioned by the Republican Party of Arkansas and conducted on Tuesday, Westerman leads Democrat James Lee Witt, 46-39.
