As part of the Congressional Black Caucus Foundation (CBCF) 44th Annual Legislative Conference, Planned Parenthood Federation of America (PPFA) will partner with honorary host Congresswoman Robin Kelly and sponsor BET Networks for an issue forum on Saturday, September 27, at 10 a.m. EST.
