WASHINGTON, Sept. 19 -- IEEE-USA, a unit of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers, issued the following news release:
Sen. John D. Rockefeller (D-W.Va.) has had a government fellow in his office for 19 straight years to advise him on technology issues that come before Congress. It's a program the retiring senator appreciates.
