Rep. Cramer Issues Statement on Electronic Logging Devices Waiver

WASHINGTON, Nov. 22 -- Rep. Kevin Cramer, R-North Dakota, issued the following statement after the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration announced agricultural industries will receive a 90-day compliance waiver for the electronic logging device mandate:
"I am pleased the FMCSA has granted the agriculture industry a 90-day waiver.
"This extra time will allow the agency to fully consider the exemption requests that have poured in from the industry.
