WASHINGTON, June 26 -- The office of Sen. Ted Cruz, R-Texas, issued the following news release:
U.S. Sen. Ted Cruz (R-Texas) today praised the Supreme Court's unanimous decision to reinstate parts of President Trump's executive order on refugees and vetting in Trump v. Hawaii. In a per curiam opinion, the Court agreed to hear the dispute this fall, and it overruled lower court injunctions that baselessly claimed to apply to foreign persons with no connection to the United States.
