WASHINGTON, April 27 -- Rep. Zoe Lofgren, D-Calif., Chair of the 39-member California Democratic Congressional Delegation, issued the following statement regarding a California State Audit report on the University of California Office of the President:
"The recent California State Audit on the UC Office of the President is very troubling.
"I was particularly discouraged to learn that at the same time the University of California outsourced nearly 100 skill . . .
