AUGUSTA, Maine, April 27 -- The Maine House Democrats issued the following news release:
On Wednesday the Maine House gave initial approval for a bill that would make it harder for employers to impose non-compete clauses on their employees in a bipartisan vote of 76-67. The bill had previously been voted out of the Legislature's Labor, Commerce, Research and Economic Development Committee.
