The Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR) today said it will appeal a ruling by Judge Anthony Trenga in the US District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia in Alexandria, Va., on the Muslim civil rights organization's request for injunction blocking the entirety of President Trump's "Muslim Ban 2.0" executive order.
