WASHINGTON, Feb. 28 -- Rep. Carol Shea-Porter, D-N.H., issued the following statement regarding the presidential joint address to Congress:
"In his first forty days in office, President Trump has created deep divisions in our country. He has disregarded the fundamental values our nation was built on: tolerance for religious and ethnic diversity, freedom of the press, and the rule of law.
