ST. PAUL, Minn., Feb. 28 -- The Minnesota House Democratic-Farmer-Labor Caucus issued the following statement by Minnesota State Rep. Jack Considine, DFL-Mankato, on Minnesota Management and Budget's release of its February economic forecast:
"The presentation from Minnesota Management and Budget underscored the progress our economy has made in the last several years. A $6 billion deficit is now a $1.65 billion surplus while the economy continues to grow at a healthy pace.
