BIRMINGHAM, England, Feb. 28 -- The National Association of Schoolmasters Union of Women Teachers issued the following news release:
Commenting on the OECD report commissioned in November 2016 by Kirsty Williams, Cabinet Secretary for Education, Chris Keates, General Secretary of the NASUWT, the largest teachers' union in the UK, said:
"The latest OECD vindicates the position of the NASUWT that there is a clear need to build capacity for implementing the new c . . .
