CHICAGO, Jan. 17 -- The Environmental Defense Fund issued the following statement by Midwest Clean Energy's Manager Ellen Bell on a new report on Chicago building energy efficiency:
The City of Chicago today released its 2016 Chicago Energy Benchmarking Report, an annual overview of Chicago buildings' energy performance, as well as a summary of energy findings and trends.
