BOSTON, Jan. 17 -- The U.S. Attorney for the District of Massachusetts, William D. Weinreb, issued the following news release:
McKesson Corporation, one of the nation's largest distributors of pharmaceutical drugs to pharmacies and other health care providers, agreed to pay a record $150 million civil penalty for alleged violations of the Controlled Substances Act (CSA).
