WASHINGTON, Oct. 18 -- The Rubber Manufacturers Association issued the following news release:
A long awaited National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) rulemaking to provide consumers with information about tire fuel efficiency, wet traction and tread wear is now under review by the White House.
