WASHINGTON, July 23 -- Americans for Tax Fairness issued the following statement by Executive Director Frank Clemente about House Speaker Paul Ryan's "A Better Way: A Pro-Growth Tax Code for All Americans," which was embargoed for release until 12:01 am on June 24, 2016:
