AUSTIN, Texas, June 23 -- The Texas Democratic Party issued the following press document:

Lionel Sosa is part of a rapidly declining group in this year's presidential election, Hispanic Republicans. Sosa, a Texas-based ad maker, worked on campaigns like Texas Senator John Tower and Ronald Reagan in 1980, and now, he feels alienated from the party that he was once a part of.
