WASHINGTON, Feb. 10 -- Rep. Keith Rothfus, R-Pa., issued the following statement after the U.S. Supreme Court temporarily blocked what he called one of the key rules in President Obama's regulatory assault on middle class jobs:
"More than anything else, this ruling is a victory for the American people, who spend a significant amount of their hard-earned money to pay their energy bills. It is also a victory for middle class workers, whose livelihoods depend heavily on affordab . . .
