WASHINGTON, Sept. 8 -- The U.S. Department of Agriculture's Foreign Agricultural Service has issued the following news release:
Agriculture Secretary Tom Vilsack today recognized the efforts of more than 20 USDA employees who served as civilian agricultural experts in Afghanistan and Iraq.
