MADISON, Wis., Sept. 8 -- The Wisconsin Republican Party issued the following news release:
Despite 18-year incumbent and D.C. insider Russ Feingold's promise to the contrary, the government-run health care experiment is going to force insurance companies to increase their premiums.
During a floor speech in 2010, Feingold asserted the $2.5 trillion government health care takeover would provide "premium savings of $1540 to $2200 for a family in Wisconsin. . . .
