BEND, Ore., April 26 -- The Deschutes County government issued the following news release:
On May 1 at the biennial "Dare to Dream" awards fundraiser, the Human Dignity Coalition (HDC) will recognize the Deschutes County Health Services Department for providing the public with HIV/AIDS prevention and downtown health clinic services.
At the event, HDC will honor staff who work at the downtown health clinic, also known as The Spot, for providing a safe place . . .
