VANCOUVER, Wash., April 26 -- The city of Vancouver issued the following news release:
The Vancouver City Council will hear what residents think about their quality of life, city services and how to address budget issues when 2010 Community Survey results are presented at 4 p.m. workshop today.
The survey, conducted every two years using randomly chosen telephone numbers within the city, is a scientifically valid representation of the Vancouver community's opinions . . .
