SPOKANE, Wash., April 26 -- The city of Spokane issued the following news release:
This week, City of Spokane employees began installing new storm drain markings designed to provide information to citizens on appropriate use of the drains. The markers attach to the curb, are more durable, and visually more appealing than older, painted markings. Additionally, the new curb markers include the stormwater hotline number to report illegal dumping.
