NEW DELHI, India, April 26 - The government of India issued the following news release from the Ministry of Rural Development:
Minister of State for Rural Development Shri Pradeep Jain 'Aditya' informed Lok Sabha today that 50% of cess on High Speed Diesel (HSD) received in the Central Road Fund (CRF) is earmarked for Pradhan Mantri Gram Sadak Yojana (PMGSY).
