ROCHESTER, Mich., April 26 -- Oakland University issued the following news release:
Oakland University and St. Clair County Community College have announced a partnership for a joint admission, concurrent enrollment program that will provide a seamless higher education option for Blue Water Area residents.
The partnership, called St.Clair2Oakland, or SC2O, was unveiled at a luncheon Monday, April 26, on the college's Port Huron campus.
