GREENEVILLE, Tenn., April 26 -- The U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of Tennessee issued the following news release:
Allen Scott Hicks, 52, of Elizabethton, was sentenced to 10 years in prison in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Tennessee, at Greeneville. The sentence was the result of a December 3, 2009, guilty plea by Hicks to a federal grand jury indictment charging him with robbery of a pharmacy and using and carrying a firearms during the rob . . .
