WASHINGTON, April 26 -- Rep. Bill Owens, D-N.Y. (23rd CD), issued the following news release:
Last week, Congressman Bill Owens was joined by a bipartisan New York delegation as he pushed the Chairman and Ranking Member of the House Appropriations Subcommittee on Homeland Security to restore access to security funding for New York's northern border.
In fiscal years 2008 and 2009, all twelve New York border counties were awarded grants under the Operation Stonegard . . .
