LEXINGTON, Ky., April 26 -- The city of Lexington issued the following news release:
With dry conditions in Lexington-Fayette County improving, the ban on open burning has been lifted. Open burning will again be allowed by permit. Burn permits will be issued as usual beginning 04/26//2010. Your patience is appreciated.
