POCATELLO, Idaho, April 26 -- The city of Pocatello issued the following news release:
Pocatello Police Chief JR Miller is announcing new promotions within the department. Effective May 1, 2010, the following members of the department assume new positions. Sergeants Cliff Kelley and Roger Schei will be promoted to the rank of Lieutenant. Corporal/Detectives Ralph Daniels, Chad Higbee and Jeff Katona will be promoted to the rank of Sergeant.
