POCATELLO, Idaho, April 26 -- The city of Pocatello issued the following news release:
Mayor Brian Blad is seeking applicants to fill Pocatello City Council Seat #2 being vacated by Brian Underwood. Mr. Underwood submitted his intent to resign effective May 3, 2010 to the Mayor and City Council last Thursday, April 22. As Mr. Underwood's resignation is mid-term, Mayor Blad will appoint a successor with confirmation by the City Council.
