BEEBE, Ark., April 26 -- Arkansas State University at Beebe issued the following news release:
The Community Action Program for Central Arkansas (CAPCA) will provide one-time $500-$1,000 scholarship awards to students enrolling in certain programs at Arkansas State University-Heber Springs, a center of ASU-Beebe, for the summer or fall terms.
With funding received from the American Reinvestment and Recovery Act, CAPCA has agreed to provide scholarships valued at $50 . . .
