CHEYENNE, Wyo., April 26 -- Gov. Dave Freudenthal, D-Wyo., issued the following proclamation:
WHEREAS, the last Monday in April has been officially designated as Arbor Day in the state of Wyoming; and
WHEREAS, Arbor Day has been observed throughout the nation and the world for 138 years, and has been celebrated in Wyoming since 1888, making this year's celebration Wyoming's 122nd; and
WHEREAS, forty-two (42) Wyoming communities are being recognized fo . . .
