JACKSON, Miss., April 24 -- The Mississippi Department of Transportation issued the following news release:
The Mississippi Department of Transportation (MDOT) would like to announce the following traffic alerts to motorists traveling in Yazoo, Holmes and Madison Counties.
Due to severe weather in the state, trees are down on several highways across the state. Motorists are asked to avoid the highways listed below due to trees and debris across the highway.
