MARYVILLE, Mo., Nov. 11 -- Northwest Missouri State University issued the following news release:
The Northwest Wind Symphony conducted by Carl Kling, director of bands, will perform at 3 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 16, in the Olive DeLuce Fine Arts Building's Charles Johnson Theater. Admission is free.
Odessa native and Northwest graduate student Harry Hamblin will guest-conduct the afternoon's opening composition, Richard Strauss' "Feierlicher Einzug der Ritter des Jo . . .
