CAPE GIRARDEAU, Mo., Feb. 12 -- Southeast Missouri State University issued the following news release:
Due to the ice storm that has impacted the area, Southeast Missouri State University's main campus in Cape Girardeau will operate on a delayed start on Wednesday, Feb. 13. Classes will begin and offices will open at 1 p.m. on Wednesday, Feb. 13. . . .
