RECREATION SERVICES TO LEAD DAY HIKE ON SHEPPARD POINT TRAIL

CAPE GIRARDEAU, Mo., Feb. 14 -- Southeast Missouri State University issued the following news release:

Recreation Services will lead a day hike on Sheppard Point Trail on Saturday, Feb. 23.

All ages are welcome to join this free guided hike. Participants should be ready for a rigorous two-mile hike, ascending to the top of a bluff which overlooks the Mississippi River.

Participants will depart from the Student Recreation Center-North upper parting lot . . .
