CAPE GIRARDEAU, Mo., Feb. 18 -- Southeast Missouri State University issued the following news release:
The Southeast Missouri State University Board of Regents today amended the original charter for the Lift for Life Academy, a St. Louis charter school, adding grades 9 through 12 to its present grades 6 to 8 over the next four years.
