MALDEN, Mo., Feb. 20 -- Southeast Missouri State University issued the following news release:
Ten area high school seniors graduating in May 2008 will be awarded one-year Crisp Bootheel Education Center (CBEC) Incentive Scholarships to attend Southeast Missouri State University-Malden under a new scholarship program approved Jan. 31 by the CBEC Advisory Council.
Each full scholarship will be valued at up to $4,500 and will cover the cost of incidental fees for up t . . .
