CAPE GIRARDEAU, Mo., Feb. 21 -- Southeast Missouri State University issued the following news release:
Due to inclement weather, a presentation titled "Remembering the Road to Brown: Four Social Engineers in the Fight for Civil Rights" to have been presented Feb. 21 by Dr. Debra Miles, has been postponed. Miles was to have discussed the use of Charles Hamilton Houston's strategy to end segregation in public education. The event had been scheduled for 6:30 p.m. in Room 25 . . .
