SPRINGFIELD, Mo., Sept. 15 -- Drury University issued the following news release:
Springfield City Council tonight voted to approve a Springfield Police Department substation on the Drury University campus. The substation will house two Springfield police officers. Drury University will pay for the officers' salaries, uniforms, a vehicle, bicycles and benefits.
