National Security Expert to Lecture at Symposium

FULTON, Mo., Nov. 6 -- Westminster College - Missouri issued the following news release:
Dr. John Nagl, a national security expert who is currently Senior Fellow at the Center for a New American Security, will deliver a lecture on citizens' responsibilities during a long war at 1 p.m., Tuesday, Nov. 18, in Champ Auditorium on the Westminster College campus as a part of the school's Third Annual Symposium on Democracy--"Citizenship in the Age of Globalization."
