LAS CRUCES, N.M., Oct. 15 -- The city of Las Cruces issued the following news release:
Las Cruces Police have arrested a man wanted in this afternoon's armed robbery of an ice cream shop.
Ricky J. Garcia, 44, who has addresses in Hatch, N.M., and Las Cruces, was arrested and charged with one count of armed robbery and one count of tampering with evidence. He will be booked into the Dona Ana County Detention Center later today.
