MONTGOMERY, Ala., March 17 -- Auburn University at Montgomery issued the following news release:
AUM sprinted out to a 3-0 lead after doubles play and cruised in with an 8-1 win over 24th ranked Xavier University in men's tennis action.
AUM won five of the six singles matches in straight sets with Xavier picking up their lone win at six singles. Xavier falls to 7-7 overall and will now move on to play their second match while on their spring break trip.
