ROLL CALL

At 7:00 p.m. Mayor Dolly Sandoval called the regular meeting to order in Conference Room A, 10300 Torre Avenue, Cupertino, California.

Present: Mayor Dolly Sandoval, Vice-Mayor Orrin Mahoney, and Council members Mark Santoro (7:01 p.m.), Kris Wang and Gilbert Wong. Absent: none.
