CROOKSTON, Minn., Sept. 23 -- University of Minnesota Crookston issued the following news release:
Coordination of the English as a Second Language (ESL) program at the University of Minnesota, Crookston will be led by Ki-tae Kim, Ph.D. The ESL program currently has some 30 international students learning English in preparation to enroll in degree programs.
Responsible for the coordination of the work of ESL faculty, Kim will also evaluate students, develop courses . . .
